VNA of Central Jersey Community Health Center is seeking a Chief Executive Officer.
The CEO will take full responsibility for leading VNACJ-CHC, an important part of which will be managing the rapid growth to come with the Rutgers expansion. The right CEO candidate must be a well-rounded leader familiar with community health issues. S/he must have strong financial skills and business sense, appreciation of and commitment to the mission of a community health center, and a hands-on operations management style.
The VNA of Central Jersey Community Health Center (VNACJ-CHC) is currently a three -location FQHC serving about 10,000 clients with expectation to expand to a fourth site in fall 2018. VNACJ-CHC is independent of, yet has a close affiliation with the VNA Health Group, receiving many managerial services from them. In the fall of 2018 VNACJ-CHC will become the site for the Family Practice residency training program of Rutgers University, driving great growth in patients served and bringing them to a new level of professional stature. A new state-of-the-art building is under construction in Freehold, NJ to house this expansion.
