Clinician-Educator - Outpatient Internal Medicine Opportunity in Coastal Rhode Island
Practice and precept residents in an internal medicine residency clinic affiliated with the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. Located in Pawtucket, RI, this community practice serves as a teaching center for 21 PGY1 – PGY3 IM residents. Our physicians provide care to a culturally and clinically diverse patient population from Providence and southeastern Massachusetts.
Manage your own patient panel, plus precept assigned resident team
8 clinical sessions/week with 4 residents each; oversight shared with Medical Director
Faculty appointment at Brown University
Weekday schedule with minimal phone coverage only
We offer a guaranteed salary with incentive compensation plus a rich benefit package that includes health, life, disability and malpractice insurance. The affiliated Kent Hospital, in nearby Warwick, is the largest community hospital in Rhode Island and serves 300,000 residents.
