Charles River Community Health (CRCH), is seeking a Chief Medical Officer, (CMO). Reporting to the Executive Director, the CMO will be wholly responsible for all initiatives related to the provision and delivery of care.
The CMO will operate as a member of the executive team and provide visionary and pragmatic leadership while representing the mission of CRCH. In concert with other senior leaders,the CMO will ensure the strategic goals of CRCH are in alignment with clinical and patient care outcomes. The CMO will work with clinical leadership to plan, initiate and maintain outcomes-oriented quality initiatives and constantly improve patient care at CRCH. S/he will serve as a model for and support creativity, resourcefulness and innovations that support a culture of integrated, team-based patient care.
The candidate will be an MD, MPH is strongly preferred and bring progressive management and leadership experience of at least five years to this key position.
