Research Asst I, Allergy/Pulmonary
Description JOB SUMMARY: Research Assistant needed for translational studies of the lung employing in-vivo, ex-vivo, and cellular techniques including multiple mouse models of disease. Our area interest includes sepsis, acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and lung transplantation. This position requires a self-starter preferably with a background in biology or cell science. The applicant should be punctual, very organized, detailed oriented in maintaining records and maintaining a lab notebook. Also required is the ability to effectively communicate with his/her direct supervisor, the laboratory director, and other laboratory personnel.
