Physician - Primary Care Supervisor
The incumbent will serve as the Primary Care Supervisor (Physician) located at the Deltona Community Based Outpatient Clinic for the Orlando VA Healthcare System assigned to the Ambulatory Care Service. The PC Supervisor (Deltona CBOC) will provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day supervision of his/her assigned Primary Care Providers. The PC Supervisor in conjunction with the CBOC Chief Medical Officer, Ambulatory Care Services, will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, implementing, controlling, and refining a comprehensive patient management, clinical support, and administrative program. This is a supervisory/leadership position that will report directly to the CMO. The PC Supervisor is responsible for implementing and leading Primary Care/PACT model transformation
