Physician (Regular Ft) - Assistant Chief of Psychiatry
The Assistant Service Chief will aid the Chief of Psychiatry in their duties, to include: confirm, maintain, and monitor the professional competencies of all mental health Psychiatry staff, monitor workload, and establish and maintain professional development activities for the Psychiatry Service and serves as the Assistant professional lead for all psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses and physicians assistants assigned to the Mental Health Service Line. Psychiatry Service of the VA St. Louis Healthcare System consists of 32.0 FTE psychiatrists.
