Atlantic Health System is looking to expand their neurology team and is seeking a physician to join the division of vascular neurology at Morristown Medical Center, and also be part of the stroke service line and Atlantic Medical Group, reporting to the system medical director for neurology acute care and chair of home institution. There may be both home/local hospital duties as well as stroke duties for the system. Vascular neurologists are expected to be part of the acute stroke team (i.e., code strokes: either in-person and/or via telemedicine) and vascular neurology consult service team (for all non-emergent vascular consults for all inpatient vascular consults). Stroke service currently is consultations only but may include primary stroke service in the future.
