Job Summary

Supervisor will lead a team of APPs to ensure the clinical operations represented are properly implemented and maintained. This leader will collaborate with the APPs, physicians, physician leaders, managers, and other local stakeholders to identify opportunities for practice improvement in the areas of clinical quality, patient satisfaction, provider satisfaction, and financial performance. This position will play a key role in ensuring the facility maintains a patient centered focus, and will act as a liaison between the APP team and the larger organization. This leader will be a resource for the other APPs in addressing the complexities of clinical practice. Administrative responsibilities and time will be based on division, or service line needs as determined by their immediate supervisor.

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
• Certified Nurse Practitioner - AANP
• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) - NCCPA
• Driver's License - DMV
